Nikmat sehat itu mahal?

 ( kita tidak pernah tau makna sehat yang sebenarnya sebelum kita merasakan apa itu sakit )

Bersyukurlah kita diberikan Tuhan dengan kondisi lengkap tanpa ada cacat, bersyukurlah kita yang diberikan nikmat sehat yang begitu luar biasa, bayangkan mereka yang membeli oksigen dengan harga jutaan sedang kita disini menghirup udara tanpa  membayar sedikitpun. mereka yang berjalan dengan bantuan kursi roda sedang kita masih kokoh di atas kaki sendiri, mereka yang berbaring tanpa suara, mereka yang melihat hanya dengan mata hati dan mereka yang hanya menunggu ajal datang menjemput.

betapa hina nya kita yang tidak pernah bersyukur atas nikmat sehat yang engkau berikan. hanya sakit seperti ini saja aku sudah mengeluh,bagaimana dengan mereka.. ?

beauty is not looking by faces, bodies, and money.. most poeple are said that the beauty is when the ladies have a perfect faces, the sexies bodies etc..

it's true when the gents said over at all, but it not said by me as one of ladies

if you did'nt have that's all you can be a smart guys to open the world with our opinion and your powerfull

just move from your places, and wake up !

Goa pindul on Saturday, 15 Dec 2012

What a beautifull moment ..spending the day with  my besties nurma wilis, hylda, riee, kanda, abdi & arif.
We make a journey to Goa Pindul that was wonderfull place at Wonosari,Yogyakarta. we are so happy with this adventure, for the first time we a cross the river inside the Goa with the guide the name is Mr ferdi n Mr. leo offcourse we learn about it all..than we make a rafting along the river which we take a rest for a while. and i try to jump from the bridge to the river, i can rileks from my duty and my problems i think, but however this adventure is a really it was AMAZING moment, and very unforgetable moment
